What You'll Do
- Lead Industrialization Efforts: Oversee the transition of our recycling technology (hydrometallurgy / chemical processes) from prototype to full-scale production, ensuring seamless implementation and operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Manage a diverse team of experts in automation, instrumentation and control engineering, process engineering, and prototyping, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve ambitious goals.
- Develop Scalable Processes: Design and implement scalable processes that maintain high-quality standards while maximizing production efficiency in our commercial plants.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to integrate new technologies and processes into existing workflows, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
- Ensure Compliance and Safety: Uphold industry regulations and safety standards throughout the scaling process, promoting a culture of safety and operational excellence.
What You Bring to the Table
- Proven Experience: 7+ years in industrialization or operations within the chemical or manufacturing industries, with a focus on hydrometallurgy preferred.
- Scaled Chemical Processes: Experience in scaling chemical processes from prototype to commercial scale and setting up plants before.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of industrial processes, particularly in the context of recycling technologies / chemical processes.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively, driving projects to completion while nurturing a collaborative team culture.
- Passion for Sustainability: A genuine commitment to advancing sustainable practices within the recycling industry.
